ONE 45-minute initial session to learn about your goals and to identify the current barriers that are preventing you from reaching goals. Includes recommendations and proven cognitive behavioral strategies to practice.
THREE 45-minute sessions that can be held by telephone or in person (at the gym, or a location of your choosing).
Sessions are used to track progress and to support accountability towards goals.
*It is recommended to participate in sessions on a weekly basis.
Sessions must be paid in full 24 hours in advance. If session is not canceled 24 hours in advance, no refund will be provided.
