I admire your journey, progress and success. This, though, is focused on the past year as my coach, teacher, support system and motivator. My wife and I were just talking about your style and how it relates to styles we've experienced. We agreed yours is most effective for people like us. I feel your coaching and this program walks that delicate line of holding me accountable with pushing. It lends to a more sustainable effort on my part. That's the key in my opinion. Creating a sustainable, educated and effective lifestyle. I know what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. I know how to do it. The program and your style lends to my ownership in the process as every step is personalized to fit my individual needs and goals. I was aiming for "invisible" results like increased energy, centeredness, improved mood while feeling more fit and confident about my diet. All boxes checked.
Thank you for checking in with me regularly and knowing when to let me go.
Thank you for staying patient.
Thank you for asking ME questions and using MY input to dictate where you took me. You have a gift with this. It's not common to be able to read and react to people in this context as well as you do.
Thank you for holding me accountable and giving me the necessary push.
Thank you for teaching me the reasons and science behind your suggestions and goals for me.
Thanks for "getting it" as you would say when it came to my challenges. You allowed a freedom and comfort with being honest and admitting when I slipped.
Thanks for being respectful of my spiritual journey and providing excellent ideas and anecdotes to reflect on and process.
Thanks for a year of getting better.....mind, body, soul.
You're one of the great people I know. I've always admired your spirit and heart and talent. I am impressed with what you've done with your life, how you've grown. You the man.
